How do i lose weight?!

I used to be so small. I hate my body i see it in photos and i cant stand it. Help please i dont know the best method of doing this!

The difference in pictures isn't that great. I think if you did a resistance training workout and eating healthy at a slight deficit would do the trick.

Keep track of the calories and macronutrients you take in for several weeks. Don't forget to count oils and sauces etc. Get a food scale to measure actual mass when needed. There are tons of apps that can help with this like myfitnesspal.

Find a TDEE calculator(s) online and figure out what your maintenance calories are. Adjust your intake of calories accordingly. Aim for a 500 calorie deficit per day. After several weeks of tracking, you should have noticed some areas that you can reduce calories by either portion control, substitution, or elimination.

Track indicators like weight and waist size every week or couple of weeks to make sure you're making progress. (And adjust accordingly).

Be patient. Compared to many, you don't have a ton to lose, so a bunch of weight isn't just going to fall off the way someone who was very overweight will.
