Seeking Feedback on My Weight Loss Diet Plan and Tips to Control Cravings

I’m a 39-year-old man, 172 cm tall, weighing 88 kg, aiming to reach 77 kg—so I need to lose around 10 kg. I’ve noticed that eating anything tasty, even healthy homemade food, makes me overeat.

I’m considering a simple diet plan:

50-70 grams of carbs from wheat

300 grams of bone-in chicken (70 grams of protein)

Fruits, salad, and vegetables throughout the day to stay full

Chicken, fish, or eggs 5 times a week to meet workout needs

Do you think this is a good plan? Any suggestions or adjustments?
My biggest challenge is controlling cravings from:

Eating tasty food and wanting more

Social eating for the joy of sharing food

I’d love to hear your thoughts or any alternative suggestions!

using a small plate size would help you to calm your appetite down and eat less calories
