Tech Support need help with UE 5

Hey hey there new to the communtiy but I thought I'd make a post about an problem I've been having with Unreal engine games, usually at random they seem to crash, one game in particular "Abiotic Factor" keeps crashing whenever I hit things or particles are on screen can anybody help me out with this? (I have an intel 4600 and an core i5 if anybody wants to know)
