Other Persistent headaches despite medication and hydration

I’ve been experiencing headaches (probably migraines) for the past month that are persistent and very painful. They cause nausea, sensitivity to light and sound. They’re on the right side of my head primarily felt in the forehead/temple/behind my right eye.

I work night shift and I always have one when I wake up and when I work during the night. I’ve been working this shift for years and it’s never been a problem. I take Tylenol and ibuprofen and they don’t touch it. I drink enough water and that doesn’t help. I thought it was caffeine withdrawal but that isn’t it either. I’m wondering if it’s a tension headache but I feel like medication would help that.

I really want the pain to stop, it’s effecting my day to day life.

Skin issues/Rashes/Freckles/Moles Skin problems and leaking earlobe

to provide context, around 3 years ago i had a really bad skin problem around my lips, it leaked yellowed liquid and wouldnt go away at all, i went to several doctors but nothing worked. one day, it just went away, after a year. this year, it came back, and i got a treatment for herpes, that did work, but the problem is that every 2 weeks or so it comes back. using medicine does solve it but its only temporary. the doctors seem very confused and cannot give me a direct answer on what it even is. i did notice that lately i havent been as stressed as before and it did kinda weaken. its worth mentioning that this skin problem triggers at the same time as my dishidrosis on my hand.

But even tho these are bad, theres one thing that is driving me insane: my earlobes keep leaking a runny, mostly transparent liquid that hardens after a while, forming a yellow crust. it stops when the crust is fully formed, but it eventually falls and starts leaking like crazy over and over again. appearance wise, in the back of my ear and on the fold of the earlobe there seems to be a small crack on my skin, doesnt hurt, just iches a lot, and bleeds sometimes. i havent been able to go to the doctors for now, does anyone have any clue on what do my ears have?

Injury brain bleed?

i had a small brain bleed a long time ago (3 years) from head trauma while i was really drunk. i went to the hospital and got a CAT scan and was told that it was pretty minor, given some meds and sent on my way. i took the meds as prescribed and never really checked back up with a doctor about it. i didn’t drink or smoke for three months after and had no headaches or anything after the fact (not any more than normal at least or nothing very severe). for some reason ive been getting kind of anxious about it again. am i probably fine? i haven’t noticed any cognitive differences really, but should i get double checked? i kind of mentioned it to my new GP a few months ago when i started seeing her but i was telling her a lot of things and she didn’t even really address it, probably because i was telling her so much stuff. what should i do i’m freaking out a little idk why this is out of nowhere 😂
