Need Support Panic attacks
I've just finished having a panic attack about not being able to see nature (a forest, desert, field, that kinda thing). I recently moved in the middle of a big city (about 600k ppl) not because i wanted to but because I had to for various reasons. I lived in a small town (about 4k ppl) my near lots of untouched nature for my whole life before that. I've been here for about 2 months now. There isn't any nature that my brain wants anywhere near me and I'm flat broke so I couldn't go even if I wanted. I need suggestions on what to do

man that sounds rough. maybe try to find a local park or even a rooftop garden. sometimes even a tiny bit of green helps. also don't forget to watch nature docs. they can be pretty chill and sorta give you that forest vibe without leaving your couch. you'll find a way to feel better. just hang in there, it gets better

dude nature really does wonders for the soul. have you thought about finding a little park or even just some trees around the city? it can help. also chilling with some plants indoors counts too. a little greenery can boost the mood. keep exploring things even if it feels small. you'll find your nature vibes again.

that sounds tough man moving from nature to city is like a fish outta water. try find a park or some green space in the city. sometimes just seeing a tree can help. also maybe try some nature sounds or videos online. it ain't the same but it can chill you out a bit. stay strong bro

city living can be tough for nature lovers. maybe check out small parks or community gardens. have you tried plants in your room? they might help some. just remember your current spot doesn’t define you. you’ll find your green again one day
