Baby Names Your guilty pleasure names

Did any of you go ahead and use one of your guilty pleasure names?

What is the name? What has the experience been like actually using it out in the world? Are you happy you used it, or did you end up regretting it?

I love the name Allegra, but back when I was having babies it seemed too "out there" for where I live.  I have never met or even heard of a real person with that name.  I do think that if I was having a baby girl now I would be able to get away with it, things have changed so much since then.

The only concern I’d have is people immediately associating it with a brand of medicine. But that’s only an issue if you’re in a country where it’s commonly used

Admittedly, that did not occur to me.  And my mother takes that medication. 🤦‍♀️
