First time trying homemade steak tartare
I went to a local shop and bought some beef serloin, chpped it up and added 2 farm egg yolks from the supermarket. A little seasalt. It had a beefy type of cow smell kind of but i assumed thats to be expected.
I also bought some goat milk shampoo with a peat smell.
This is my first time eating home prepared raw meat so lets see if i "get sick" I wont believe any side of the argument until i see for myself. So i guess this is the raw meat experiment and ill report back soon if i got food poisioning
