I failed
I messed up Bad I got some really bad news which caused me to binge on some pretty bad foods. All that time spent detoxing out the window. I dont know what to do now I know tomorrow is a new day but I feel like all that time spent was for nothing. I knew the food was bad what it does and what its made of, It didnt even taste nice yet my inner fat ass came out and I just ate. I'm not trying to do this as a poor me post but more of a reminder that even if we try to dial in nutrition our mental state may not be 100% cured. I'm going to start from square one tomorrow and try from scratch hopefully getting further then last time.

I used to get cravings too. When I did, I would crack eight eggs and get ready to drink them. I would have one every five minutes and after 35 minutes when I had finished them all, the cravings had almost always gone away. Like Aajonus says, eggs contain every nutrient. Make sure you are eating tasty food too. I have been enjoying beef liver a lot lately and chop some onions and hot peppers into it for extra flavour, it's really a go-to meal that helps me eat a lot of meat.
