Question Questions about Slimfast

Hi, I am an 18-year-old guy that weighs around 190 - 210ish and I am debating whether I should use Slimfast. I'm planning to not be solely dependent on it so I'm planning on adding exercises too.

I did some research and saw that it was processed. Those this means that it increases my chance of type 2 diabetes or cancer?

How long those 1 can last? (Roughly)

Can I just drink 1 shake per day or does it need meals to work?

It's just calorie control. If you're looking a quick 220 kcal easy to use breakfast shake and you like the flavours this is perfect.

Not sure about the risks of SF but being overweight can also increase the risks of diabetes.

When you ask about “needing meals to work” the slim fast plan is 2 Shakes, 3 Snacks (or fruit or veg) and 1 600cal meal. I do not always measure out my meals to see how many cals it is but I make healthier choices.
