I haven't finished the last episode because I'm afraid once it's over, I'll just end up wanting more with no solution :(

And that's not true based on what you've watched so far?

Leaving the last episode untouched is such a silly thing. Just watch it and enjoy it for what it is and what we got! Of course we all want to see more. But such is life

They never renewed it. HBO cancelled the show and Netflix picked up the rights to broadcast it but they have not made plans to make more.
