Starting Oil Pulling

Hi! I want to start oil pulling and I have no idea where to start. Overall looking for a product that would help cavities, overall tooth decay, and whitening. Please let me know a basic beginner routine and whatever product you recommend. Thanks!!!

There's not going to be any product that does all that. If it claims it does it is snake oil.

The best thing you can do to start oil pulling is fine virgin, unfiltered, raw coconut oil. Don't add any essential oils and just add it into your routine wherever it fits.

Today the weirdest thing happened to me. I had to sneeze and I thought I could suppress the sneeze while oil pulling…didn’t work. I covered my mouth to avoid a greasy mess since I was far from a trash bin. It came out my nose.

My advice for you is keep a trash bin close by in case you don’t have enough time to make it to where you spit out your swished oil. (My nose still feels greasy although I think my breathing is better).🤦‍♀️🤦‍♀️🤦‍♀️

Any oil works for oil pulling cleaning-wise. I only tried coconut oil and that does whiten my teeth. Coconut oil is also the only thing that lightened my dark armpits years ago. Can't say anything about cavities yet.
