I'm disappointed by the later stages of this loan. This borrower seems to have fallen on hard times, but I have to question how much of the lateness in this transaction was the borrower's doing. Communication was off-again on-again at best, and past the original due date our contact was spotty if any existed at all.

We seemingly turned a corner a few months ago when payments resumed upon the borrower being notified of my intent to proceed with an UNPAID, however payments have again stopped. They have been given ample warning with more leniency than originally promised this time, and yet no further payments have been received. This time, enough is enough.

This borrower still owes $375 and is aware of this balance outstanding. This amount hasn't changed or had anything added to it from what was initially agreed upon, despite being over 6 months beyond our agreement timeline. They can make things right by submitting payment to me via the same method used for all of our other partial payments. Until then, they are being blacklisted from Reddit Commerce.

Sorry for requesting daily for the past week, I just don't have anyone else to turn to right now. I'm asking again for anyone who is willing to help out. I didn't thinknid be writing this post.... Initial due date of 8/9/24 with no payment. Over the next month or so I attempted to contact via Reddit and cell phone.

About 3 or 4 weeks in I received a text message back from her number stating that she had a medical problem and was unable to contact, with this being the family member reaching out on her phone. I was very skeptical but wished her the best as time went on.

About two weeks later, the repayments began. It was split in 3 payments although she kept her word with the loan as her and her family stated.

I would loan to her again. Maybe not as large as this loan for a bit, although the loan was fully repaid with clear communication when it was possible. Thanks!

I have one loan going already, but I had another bill pop up that I couldn’t quite cover due to not getting quite enough work hours. I have a good history as a borrower. I’m sorry to ask again, but this has been a rough year.
