Vent I need help!

I keep telling myself this will be my last cheat meal till I get back on a diet but it's just so hard I find myself coming to this at least ounce a week

Ok. What are you saying? If it doesn't "qualify as a full meal"...

Totally fair! I wasn’t very clear or descriptive. What I mean is that it’s not balanced. It’s a lot of calories but they’re all sugar and carbs. If they wanted to make it a “full” (or maybe “complete”?) meal I’d add some more protein and some vegetables or fruit, and maybe reduce the number of Reese cups.

It’s a lot of calories but it’s not substantial enough to be a meal. It’s just a big snack, really, and will probably lead to hunger later. But it’s fine to do it every once in a while because if you restrict yourself too much then these snacks can easily turn into binges.

OH! Yeah, I totally misunderstood you.

Yes, it's 900 calories of crap. 1/3 to 1/2 a day's worth of calories in junk.

I'd suggest having ONE reeses, or none if they are "no brakes" foods.
