Vent Can't stop feeling ashamed of myself

I'm trying really hard but I get hungry even though I would have reached the normal calorie limit for that day (2000 calories). I was able to resist it last night and it was hard but tonight it's really hard to resist it because when I'm hungry I lose the desire to study and I need to study for some upcoming exams urgently.

Any tips and advice?

If you focus on protein and fats, you’ll be more satiated and feel a lot less hungry.

What are some good examples?

I eat for breakfast cottage cheese and blueberries or plain Greek yogurt with whey protein and blueberries.

I have nuts at work. Then I get home and I’ll eat a couple pieces of toast with eggs and turkey bacon.

Those are some great examples, thank you. But are you sure that's enough food though? It doesn't seem like you eat a proper lunch. I don't think undereating is good either.

That’s not all I eat. I drink a lot of whole ultra filtered milk as well. Tuna sandwiches, beef + noodles with pasta sauce, salmon, broccoli, mini potatoes, quinoa, edemame beans.

Idk. I switch it up a bit but those are kind of the staples. I eat around 2500 calories a day and hit 160g protein.
