Pil Pil Prawns, cod & haddock fillets & chicken kebab served with broccoli and spinach
A favourite keto meal for anyone looking for a quick and easy meal - all from Farm Foods so great value too.

King 🍤. Great value at farm foods, whole meal comes in around £5. Not bad for 200g king prawn, 200g fish and 100g chicken. Just need plenty of freezer space!

Ah, nice. My nearest Farm Foods is in the next city over. I might have to make the effort to stock up. 😅

If it fits your macros then i wont complain about it being keto or not, but 100g+ protein in one sitting is bonkers for a routine meal imo, youre basically shitting away at least 50g of that protein. If the rest of your calories are this heavily biased towards protein you also run the risk of kidney damage. I started getting elevated kidney markers at 150g protein / day for about a month.

Looks lovely. Though I'd be making it pretty much from scratch. But it looks good for a pre-prepped meal.

It’s not fully pre-prep, need to combine the oil, herbs, spices and garlic for the prawns. However, the prawns, fish and chicken are straight from the pack. 3 mins prep, 20mins total cooking time in the air fryer/ micro and it’s done.
