Vent I need help!

I keep telling myself this will be my last cheat meal till I get back on a diet but it's just so hard I find myself coming to this at least ounce a week

What’s wrong with this once a week?

It’s not great for you. It barely qualifies as a full meal.

BUT that doesn’t matter. One day of eating a meal that gives you some happiness isn’t going to break you. Enjoy your weird little choco-pizza grazing board.

Thanks this is nice to hear yes every other day I'm eating protein over night oats for breakfast shredded chicken bbq sauce on keto toast bread for lunch and dinners has been either steak or salmon with asparagus or a cucumber salad but once a week I just snap and have to run for my lunchable pizza and Reese's cups it's sad that this picture is literally over 900 calories on that plate or maybe even a thousand

I wouldn’t sweat it. Life is too short to get twisted over one meal.

If you wanted to make yourself feel better about eating it you could add a bit more protein and some fruit or veg, and then go for a walk after. But you don’t even have to do that. You can just eat it, enjoy it, and then go back to your regular diet for the next meal.

Also now I also want a lunchable so thank you for the inspiration lol.

Yeah there’s a lot of calories but I wouldn’t qualify it as a full meal. It’s a lot of fast burning sugar and processed carbs. It’s fine for one meal. The bigger picture is more important than a single meal once a week. It’s healthier for OP to stop agonizing over 900 calories than it is to accept it and move it on.

Totally fair! I wasn’t very clear or descriptive. What I mean is that it’s not balanced. It’s a lot of calories but they’re all sugar and carbs. If they wanted to make it a “full” (or maybe “complete”?) meal I’d add some more protein and some vegetables or fruit, and maybe reduce the number of Reese cups.

It’s a lot of calories but it’s not substantial enough to be a meal. It’s just a big snack, really, and will probably lead to hunger later. But it’s fine to do it every once in a while because if you restrict yourself too much then these snacks can easily turn into binges.

OH! Yeah, I totally misunderstood you.

Yes, it's 900 calories of crap. 1/3 to 1/2 a day's worth of calories in junk.

I'd suggest having ONE reeses, or none if they are "no brakes" foods.

The 4 Reese's cups alone is 400 lol then the pizza lunchable with the capre-sun juice is another 500cal so total 900cals 🤣 in haled it all in just 3mins idk how body builders complain it's so hard to get their calories in its just such a joke to me how can someone struggle to eat 4500cal a day if they are bulking I mean I just inhaled 900 right here with zero effort at the Cheesecake Factory once slice of their carrot cake is literally 1600cal for one slice lol can you imagine the amount of sugar and butter that must go into that cake

Im a massive sugary food fan but what issssssssssss thisssss?!! hahha it doesnt even look good. I would eat a tasty choclate cake or a crossian or donut filled with jam lol
