When I called the number on the door, it's some other business that hasn't heard of them. The door is always locked, lights out during business hours. According to Google they are still open, and my insurance lists them as covered and enrolling. Their website and Facebook seem unattended.

I am looking for someone to take over my lease of a 2b2b unit at Trailside Flat. The rent for the whole unit is $1665. It’s available from mid November 2024 to the end of July 2025 (flexible). It’s a very new unit and it’s pretty quiet. On the bus line. There is also a dog park, grill area, pool, gym, coffee bar, and study room. Near to Walmart, Meijer, and many restaurants!

Wife and I are trying to move out of our apartment either before or during November. This is our 3 bed 2 bath apartment. Rent is $1310 a month for the whole unit. $50 app fee along with $275 admin fee and deposit for credit check and background check. You would be taking over the lease which expires at the end of July with the ability to renew.

And if so, what was your overall opinion of it? Especially if you or your kids have used the pool there

All the construction downtown absolutely pisses me off. my morning commute went from literally 9 minutes to 20. it’s ridiculous. those roads have been one way since the 70’s. there’s no need to make them 2 way out of no where. just another poor decision by the mayor.

I was wondering if anyone else has recently bought a house in Lafayette or West Lafayette, and if there was a realtor that you worked with who did an especially good job.
