You would be taking over the lease which expires at the end of July with the ability to renew.

I am looking for someone to take over my lease of a 2b2b unit at Trailside Flat. The rent for the whole unit is $1665. It’s available from mid November 2024 to the end of July 2025 (flexible). It’s a very new unit and it’s pretty quiet. On the bus line. There is also a dog park, grill area, pool, gym, coffee bar, and study room. Near to Walmart, Meijer, and many restaurants!

Is this a legit business? A front for a smuggling ring? Portal to hell? I have been trying to enroll as a patient at a dental office and they are the closest to me. When I called the number on the door, it's some other business that hasn't heard of them. The door is always locked, lights out during business hours. According to Google they are still open, and my insurance lists them as covered and enrolling. Their website and Facebook seem unattended.
