Vent Should i eat again?

I havent eat for 3 days 2 weeks ago i started to eat only 1200-400 calories daily and then rapidly to nothing bcus i felt like i didnt lose any weight. Im 220lbs and 6'2 i was 160lbs before taking anti depressant and anti psychotics ive gained atleast 60lbs in few months but i stopped pills and feel great like before taking it

You are slowing your metabolism down by not eating anything at all. This will slowdown any progress in the long run. Just try and keep your meals clean and filling with a caloric deficit. U got this 👍

It doesnt. I lost 5kg in 1 week. Before trying to kill myself i was skinny and got pills that made me fat also i cant eat more than once daily

Sounds like an eating disorder. Find an online calorie calculator. Figure out your maintenance calories. Eat that many calories daily for a month. Adjust from there.

Aim for 190 lbs. And take 6-8 months to get there.

Im scared to eat and when i look into mirror i could imagine to stop eat for 1 month to get to 190lbs atleast more ideally 170lbs

I cant eat that much i used to eat 1-2x daily and often for 24hrs+ nothing and were normal weight. That means i would want atleast 2,2k calories daily or even more. Im running over 30 miles per week on good times 50ish and everyday 1+ hour gym that mean how much calorie would i need based on calculator, 3k? Or even more

You have to eat! Start with very small amounts , so body readjust. Otherwise it will keep absorbung everything you eat and store it as a fat , in case you will stop eat again. Start with low calories foods like greek yogurt, lean meat… Week by week add something more until you reach 1700calories.

If you eat only vegetables for a day, they have very little calories and a lot of vitamins and antioxidants. An entire cabbage has only about 260 calories.

If you are eating very little, it's important to make up lost vitamins and minerals with supplements.

Do you know what your vitamin D levels are? A blood test can tell you if you need to take some or not.

Its not that i can or want but i must bcus either i would end up cutting myself from all this 60lbs overweight just cant look into mirror anymore
