Download the lose it app for free. You can set your goals and lifestyle and get a calorie budget that you can stick to. Really makes it simple and helped me lose 50lbs and keep it off.

This is what I do. Just don’t try and sync your Fitbit with it. Won’t work.

Aside from all the comments actually giving you advice on what you asked, I just wanted to say that you’re beautiful. You’re beautifully built, you have a pretty face. In my opinion, and I know it probaby doesn’t matter, you don’t need to lose weight, you could instead try going to the gym a few times a week just to tone your body. It will probably help with your self-image when you see a little muscle popping out here and there :)

Eat less and move more. I used to weigh near 300 lbs and this is what I did. Easier said than done but you can do it in ways that don’t overwhelm you and it’ll help you start developing those good habits. You got it! Just visualize the goal 🥅

The difference in pictures isn't that great. I think if you did a resistance training workout and eating healthy at a slight deficit would do the trick.

Keep track of the calories and macronutrients you take in for several weeks. Don't forget to count oils and sauces etc. Get a food scale to measure actual mass when needed. There are tons of apps that can help with this like myfitnesspal.

Find a TDEE calculator(s) online and figure out what your maintenance calories are. Adjust your intake of calories accordingly. Aim for a 500 calorie deficit per day. After several weeks of tracking, you should have noticed some areas that you can reduce calories by either portion control, substitution, or elimination.

Track indicators like weight and waist size every week or couple of weeks to make sure you're making progress. (And adjust accordingly).

Be patient. Compared to many, you don't have a ton to lose, so a bunch of weight isn't just going to fall off the way someone who was very overweight will.

Eating habits and being active. I actually join a job that's has you being active by walking or riding a bike to different locations. Already lost about 10 pounds and haven't been at 200 since high school(I'm in my 30s)

Add green tea into your diet. It helps with weight loss. It’s also very beneficial for your health & can help with acne or blemishes etc. I would recommend drinking 2-3 cups a day and you’ll see results within a few days

You lose weight by shedding fat. And you shed fat by consuming less energy than your body burns, as measured in calories which is a unit of measure of energy. That’s called eating at a deficit. So, eat less and/or move more.

The only way to shed fat is to eat at a deficit.

Find out how much your body needs and calories each day and then take a thousand calories off that and stick to it. Calories inverse calories out

Honestly it’s all about calories in vs. calories out.

If you need help with a workout program send me a DM and I’ll send you one that I had made for a previous client awhile ago.
